73Kenneth Chang, 70, of Honolulu, a financial planner, died in Honolulu. He was born in Sacramento, Calif. He is survived by wife Elizabeth, daughters Meredith Schiffer and Colbey Harris, brother Philip, sister Patricia Osaki and four grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. No flowers.
