Lawrence Martin “Larry†Conley, 60, of Honolulu, a retired city contracts manager and an Air Force veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in St. Francis Hospice in Nuuanu. He was born in Auburn, N.Y. He is survived by mother Mary E. Calandro, brother Peter W., stepbrother Gerry McLaughlin and stepsister Elaine Brodock.
