Mark Alika Rochlen, 56, of Mililani, a chef and owner of Portlock LLC and Hot Chef Catering, died in Aiea. He was born in Santa Monica, Calif. He is survived by wife L. Maile; son Travis K.; daughter Waipua; brother Pua; and sisters Nani, Kootchie and Nohea. Services and scattering of ashes: 7:30 a.m. Friday at Duke’s Restaurant, Waikiki. Celebration of life to follow at Paki Park, between Monsarrat Avenue and Paki Avenue, Waikiki. Casual attire.
