Passed away peacefully on 14 July 2011 after a long illness, at St Andrew’s Hospital, Glendowie, Auckland, New Zealand, aged 80 years.

Dearly loved husband of Verna, father of Richard, Norman, Anita and Serena, and grandfather of Max, Ava, Hunter, Madison, Molly and Elliot. A life lived to the full, he will be greatly missed by all of his family and by the many friends and employees he helped and inspired during his lifetime.

Special thanks to the staff of St Andrew’s Hospital for their unfailing loving care and support.
