Mitsuko Roe, 81, of Virginia Beach, Va., formerly of Pearl City, a former Kuakini Hospital licensed practical nurse, died in Virginia Beach. She was born in Kekaha, Kauai. She is survived by son Gordon A., daughter Sharolyn Rancour and eight grandchildren. Private services.
