Daniel A. “Pops†Peterson Sr., 64, of Wai anae, a Navy veteran, died in Waianae. He was born in Leonardville, Riley, Kan. He is survived by sons Carl “CJâ€, Ronald Jay, Bobby Lee and Daniel Allen Jr.; daughter Eva Louise Coe; brother Bill; sisters Jean Olsen and Sarah Hagenmeier; hanai brothers Mike and Bob Olsen and Bernie Peterson; and 15 grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. Thursday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
