73Teodoro Samson Carulla, 97, of Pearl City, a Tripler Army Medical Center maintenance worker, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in San Manuel Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by son Danford Guittap; daughters Eleanor “Ella” Hu, Yolanda Hernandez, Victoria “Gena” Nihi and Lillian Bantolina; 21 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
