81Albert Mitsugi Nishikawa, 91, of Aiea, a supervisor for the state Department of Transportation Highways Division and an employee at Speedy Supermarket, died in Aiea. He was born in Kaaawa. He is survived by wife Stella K., sons Wayne and Milton, daughter Elaine Leong, nine grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
