James F. Miller, 70, of Kaneohe, a retired Army first sergeant and a state retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Indiana. He is survived by wife Martina, sons Patrick and Bruce White, brother Dr. Richard, sisters Dorothy Anderson and Patricia Vickers, and nine grandchildren. Services: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire.
