James F. Miller, 70, of Kaneohe, a retired Army first sergeant and a state retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Indiana. He is survived by wife Martina; sons Patrick and Bruce White, and Ben Miller; daughter Margo; brother Dr. Richard; sisters Dorothy Anderson and Patricia Vickers; and nine grand- children. Services: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. Additional information for an obituary published Thursday.
