William C. Gibson Jr., 92, of Kaneohe, a retired Navy commander and equal employment officer for the Navy in the Pacific and Europe, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Suffolk, Va. He is survived by son William C. III, daughter Helen G. Ahn and a grandchild. Visitation: 1 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Presbyterian Church. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Private inurnment.
