74Yvonne Shizuko Fong, 59, of Waipahu, a registered nurse at Kaiser Medical Center, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Waialua. She is survived by sons Kevin and Eric, mother Chiyoko Matsumoto, brother Clyde Matsumoto and sisters Allison Matsumoto and Lois Kiyonaga. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
