74Victor Balibao Vallente, 83, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired Hawaiian Green House Nursery laborer, died at home. He was born in Piddig, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Cenona; sons Leonardo, Efren and Loreto; daughters Florencia Doronio, Rowena Bucasas and Novelyn Vallente; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 7 a.m. Saturday at Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Pahoa Catholic Cemetery. Casual attire.
