81John Freitas Silva Jr., 95, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. timekeeper, died at home. He was born in Olinda, Maui. He is survived by wife Mary C., sons Ronald W. and John S., daughter Elaine Seto-Mook, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1124 Seventh Ave., Honolulu. Mass: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:45 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
