Allen Cha Soon Kim, 91, of Mililani, formerly of Honolulu, a retired mechanical engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and a Navy veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jule, daughters Victoria Kim and Patricia Hill, and brother Chang Sun. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary.
