Raymond Minoru Ikeda, 79, of Hilo, a Hawaii County Department of Public Works retiree and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Mona, sons Jeffrey and Jaye, brothers Herbert and Richard, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 4 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire. No flowers.
