Satoko Takayama, 89, of Papaikou, Hawaii, a homemaker, former Japanese-language teacher at Papaikou Hongwanji Mission and waitress at the former K.K. Tei Restaurant, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. She was born in Tokyo. She is survived by son Keith, brothers Ichiro Ishida and Shigenobu Mitomi, sisters Yoshiko Ebihara and Fukue Ishida, two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
