SHIGENO HIROTA
Age 98, of Honolulu, passed away on July 31, 2011, at Oahu Care Facility. Born in Honolulu, she was a homemaker. Preceded in death by her husband, Yorozu and son, Brian K. Hirota, she is survived by her son, Allan K. Hirota; daughters, Joyce H. (Myles) Ohta and Ann H. (Gerald) Sugihara; daughter- in-law, Karen K. Hirota; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Tadasu Shiraki of Iwakuni, Japan and sister, Harue Oda.
Visitation from 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 28, 2011, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; funeral service 4:00 p.m. No flowers. Casual attire.
