Manuel H. Orengo, 86, of Castle Hills, Texas, a retired Honolulu police officer, an Army veteran who served in World War II and a Hawaii National Guard veteran, died in Texas. He was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Virginia, son Paul, daughters Deborah and Gloria, sister Dora, eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 Monday at Bethany Assembly of God, 98-1125 Moanalua Road, Aiea. Services: 10:30 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire.
