Kwai Yuen “Eugene” Ching, 93, of Honolulu, a state Department of Health inspector and Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Hospice Palolo Home. He was born in Canton, China. He is survived by son Christopher H.L., daughter Emily H.L., six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
