75Jason Kalani Raquedan, 37, of Kailua-Kona, a Hawaii Petroleum commercial driver on the Big Island, died. He was born in Carson City, Calif. He is survived by wife Rowena, parents August and Josephine; and sisters Jessica and Franchisca Raquedan and Rochelle Oaquino.
