71Stanley Henry Brandon Jr., 38, of Honolulu, an observer on fishing boats, died in Honolulu. He was born in Sterling, Ill. He is survived by parents Stanley H. and Patricia J., and sister Amy E. Memorial services were held in Rock Falls, Ill.
