80Carol Villegas “CICI” Smith, 54, of Ewa Beach, died. She was born in Ewa Beach. She is survived by mother Angeline Villegas; sons Mark and Michael Villegas; daughters Alvina and Christie Villegas; brothers Jose Jr., Patrick and Douglas Villegas, and Joseph Yadao; sisters Lora, Casamara and Patricia Villegas, Betty Johnson and Mary Lee; and eight grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Sept. 16 at Sacred Heart Church in Waianae. Casual attire. No flowers.
