73Edith Redoble Apilado, 95, of Ewa Beach, an entrepreneur, died in Aiea. She was born in Santa Catalina, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by son Severo “Sonny” Taaca; daughters Kathy Adams, Loretta “Lori” Whitehurst, Jeanette Shounk and Fely “Faye” Ching; stepson Roger; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
