Michael Edward Kalani Maxilom, 56, of Kaneohe, a U.S. Postal Service retiree and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by sons Ivan Maxilom and Sheldon Sonido; daughters Michelle and Rachael Maxilom and Shayna Sonido; brothers Harry “Oogie,” Cyrus “Sharky,” Keith “Kini,” Don, Dave and Tyrell; and sister Lynda Lamb.
