Of Bellevue, WA, passed away September 3, 2011. He was born April 21, 1939 in Honolulu, son of the late Ralph Blake Johnson and Anna Karen Cooke, and the great grandson of Amos Starr and Juliette Montague Cooke. He attended Hanahauoli and Punahou schools and graduated from Colorado College. He earned his MBA at Harvard Business School. His business endeavors included real estate and as the owner of a small manufacturing company. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and camping.

He is survived by his three siblings, Blake Johnson and Lynne Johnson of Honolulu, and Karen Johnson of Koloa, Kauai, his two children, Andrew Johnson and Heather Justice, and 3 grandsons.
