ANGEL GANDIZA ASUNCION
Age 87, of Wahiawa, Hawaii, passed away August 25, 2011 in Wahiawa. Born June 23, 1924 in Koloa, Kauai. Retired from Painter Union Local #1971 and Iolani High School. United State Army Veteran.
He is survived by sons, Edward (Jacquelin) Asuncion, Benjamin (Diane) Asuncion, David (Barbara) Asuncion, Clayton (Eileen) Asuncion, Kalani (Karen) Asuncion, Angel "Dodong" Sarong; daughters, Lynette (Ronald) Retuta, Rosalie (Paul) Auna, Angel Gloria Asuncion, Helena F. Asuncion, Shirley (Filo) Crawley, Myra (Timothy) Cantrell brother, George Gandiza (Phyllis) Mique; 28 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation 6-9 p.m. Wednesday (Sept. 21) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Wake Service 7 p.m. Visitation also 9:30 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 22) at Our Lady of Sorrows Church; (1403 A California Ave., Wahiawa) Mass 11 a.m. Burial 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual/Aloha Attire. Flowers Welcome.
