78Masaichi Izumizaki, 92, of Kaneohe, a retired city truck driver, died in Kuakini Geriatric Care. He was born in Pahoa, Hawaii. He is survived by son Donald M.; daughters Hazel M. Yukawa, Nora T. Tokuda and Joyce T. Kane; sister Fumiko Watai; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Private services.
