Robert Henry Rice, 83, of Waipahu, a Navy veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Manila. He is survived by sons Richard A. and Charles H., stepson Manning, brother Jim, sister Norma, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Private services.
