Elmer Gentry, 90, of Kailua, a retired industrial and commercial appraiser and a naval air forces veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Ronan, Mont. He is survived by wife Shirley C.; daughters Cynthia Fite, Gene McMahon, Mikel Witte, Elizabeth Dadi, Lucy Meltzer and Leslie Iwasa; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services to be held at a later date.
