Charles Thomas “Chuck†Schaeffer, 93, of Kahuku, an Army lieutenant colonel and an engineer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Milwaukee. He is survived by brother Frank N. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. Donations suggested to the Hawaiian Humane Society, 2700 Waialae Ave., Honolulu, HI 96826.
