Herbert Shizuo Takahashi, 76, of Aiea, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard electrician and an Army veteran, died in Las Vegas. He was born on Maui. He is survived by wife Jane H.; sons Clyde and Dean; daughter Sandra Wiks; brothers David M., Harry and Hideo; sister Tsurue Ichimura; and two grandchildren. Private services held.
