74Isao Okada, 96, of Honolulu, a self-employed retail merchandiser, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Masuko; daughters Nancy E. Okada and Jean M. Watanabe; sisters Asako Okada, Sakiko Kanemoto and Chieko Murata; and a grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
