Joe Wallace, 83, of Los Angeles, a Hollywood Park chef and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Oklahoma City. He is survived by wife Gloria; son Victor Perez; daughters Chris and Evelyn Wallace, Ana Barrientos and Gloria Sandoval; sister Margarita Ayala; and 10 grandchildren. Private services.
