78Robert Ting Sing Tan, also known as Bob Tan, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Bechtel Corp. engineer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Beijing. He is survived by daughters Robin M.L. Bruhn and Lisa L. Kaulukukui, sister Ellen T. Drake, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers.
