He is survived by wife, Judy S. Kunitake; son, Todd T. Kunitake; daughters, Michelle M. Kunitake, Janelle J. (Matthew) Lee; brothers, Dennis D. (Susan) Kunitake, Lester Lee Kunitake, Glen "GG" Kunitake, Wayland "Waynie" (Yvonne) Kunitake; 3 grandchildren.
Visitation 8:30 a.m. Sunday (October 9) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 9:30 a.m. Casual Attire.
