81Thomas Tatsunori Kodama, 58, of Pearl City, a warehouse clerk for Macy's and the former Liberty House, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Dennis and Jason, and sisters Christine Nakasone and Karen Lombardo. Private services held. Incorrect information in an obituary published Friday.
