David Allen "Dave" Kratochvil, 61, of Kailua, a retired Marine Corps lieutenant colonel, died in Honolulu. He was born in Rapid City, S.D. He is survived by daughter Brenda Eivens; hanai sons Josh, Adam, Cody and Dylan Kratochvil, and Scott Eivens; parents Adolf "Buff" and Alice; brother Gary; and two grandchildren. Services pending.
