77Jack Shintoku Shimabukuro, 89, of Papaikou, Hawaii, a retired heavy-equipment operator at the former Hilo Coast Processing Co. and independent sugar cane planter, died in Ligaya Care Home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Joyce T., son Myles, daughters Sharon Shimabukuro and Dixeen Sakamoto, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
