74Marcelino Otoman-Binasa, 92, of Kekaha, Kauai, a retired Kekaha Sugar Co. supervisor, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by daughter Annette Meranian, brother Cipriano Otoman and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Mass: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
