81Samuel "Sam" Spoone, 86, of Honolulu, a retired business owner, died at home in Hawaii Kai. He was born in New Orleans. He is survived by son Samuel "Mark," daughter Catherine S. "Cathy" Griffin and two grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Kahala Hilton. Aloha attire. No flowers.
