73Ayako Iha, 83, of Hilo, a retired Hawaii County Department of Parks and Recreation secretary, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Olaa, Hawaii. She is survived by son Norman, daughter Christine, sisters Natsue DeWitt and Kinuko Shinchi, and two grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
