Roc Ransom Ioli, 57, of Portland, Ore., an Army veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne, died in Portland. He was born in Germany. He is survived by brothers Victor and Lloyd. Graveside services: 1 p.m. Wednesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
