79Ferdinand “Dicky” Dequilla, 76, of Mililani, a retired garden landscaper at the Coast Guard Station, Sand Island, and at Hale Koa Hotel, died in Hawaii Medical Center East. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by wife Eliza B., brother Conrad and sisters Eleanor Cook and Arsenia “Queenie” Ney. Visitation: 5 p.m. Sunday at Borthwick Mortuary.
