78Annette Puanani Yamamoto, also known as Annette Puanani Tamashiro, Annette Puanani Jones and Puanani Pipi, 59, of Honolulu, a Goodwill salesclerk, caregiver and homemaker, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Clayton J., daughter Ashley L.H., brothers Kenneth "Tets" Tamashiro and James K. Torio, and sister Audrey Kawaa. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Kailua Beach Park Pavilion near Lanikai end of park. Services: 10 a.m. Scattering of ashes to follow. Casual attire. Lei and loose flowers welcome.
