79Michael Lee Allen, 53, of Keauhou, Hawaii, a musician and entertainer, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Hollywood, Calif. He is survived by companion Doreen Virtue, father Martin, brother James and sister Marla. Services to be announced at a later date.
