81Tsutomu Sumida, 96, of Hilo, a retired union carpenter, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son Glenn, brothers Teizo and Shizuo, sisters Itsuko Nakagawa and Ritsuko Olson, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private services.
