Tsutomu “Tommy” Higa, 80, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired TRW Space & Defense Sector electronic technician and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Garden Isle Health Care. He was born in Kapaa. He is survived by brothers Shigeo, Toshio, Richard and Kenneth; and sisters Fusako Tamashiro and Kimiye Koide. Visitation: 10 a.m. Nov. 19 at Kauai Veterans Cemetery Pavilion.
