Had a successful sales training career in Illinois, was a very active volunteer with Meals on Wheels, Saint Francis Hospice, Hawaii State Jaycees, Castle Medical Center, Kaneohe Pop Warner, Ohi’o Women’s and Children Abuse Center in Kaneohe, Women’s bible study leader.

Married to William H. Carter (deceased). Survived by sons Michael (Marry Grace), Mark (Ruby) and Matthew (Sandra) step children George Carter and Carla Benevides; grand and great-grandchildren, brother and sisters-in-laws.

Service to be held at Kailua Seventh Day Adventist Church November 16th 2011. Visitation @ 10am; Service @ 11am. Casual Attire No flowers. Private scattering of ashes.

Alice Wong Ho went peacefully to the Lord on the morning of October 26, 2011. We are all grateful for the 97 years she spent with us and her caring that touched everyone in her family and enriched so many other lives along the way. She is survived by her two sons, Galen and Rowland, their spouses, Patricia and Reeni, her grandchildren, Tricia, Peter and Kimberly, and her two great-grandchildren, Sophia and Mason. The wishes of the family was to have a small closed private service and burial held at Diamond Head Memorial cemetery, which was held on November 9, 2011. The family is also grateful to Hospice of Hawaii during the final six months of her homecare and to Attention Plus who provided care during the last two years. We ask for your prayers for Alice and Benedict, our parents, who made the world here in Hawaii a much better place by their lives and commitment to others.
