Neil Shizuto Nakamura

Age 58, of Ewa Beach passed away October 23, 2011 at Pali Momi Medical Center.
Born October 8, 1953 at Fort Ord of Monterey, California.
Preceeded in death by his father Paul and brother, Paul Jr. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann “Joey” (Nagasawa) and son, Drew, mother, Rose and sister, Gwen.
Neil was director of commercial printing at MidWeek Printing for 27 years. Prior to that he worked at Burger King in various management positions specializing in opening new restaurants.
In high school, he played soccer for Kailua High School and was also on the University of Hawaii Soccer Team. Neil coached soccer at McKinley High School for 4 years and took the state championship in 1978. He was a player/coach for Burger King’s semi-pro soccer team.
Memorial service will be held on November 20 (Sunday) at Hosoi Garden Mortuary.
Visitation from 1:00 pm. followed by services at 2:00 pm. Casual Attire.
